• Identify Your Strengths and Weaknesses — What are you good and when are you at your best?
• Identify Missed Opportunities from 2018 — Looking back, what did you miss that you could have capitalized on that would have increased your production last year.
• Face Your Fears — Be honest with yourself and identify what you’re afraid about with your business going into 2020
